About
About Our Business
Seasons Centre for Grieving Children is a charitable organization that provides peer support programs for children, teens, and their families facing the death of an immediate family member. Located in Barrie and serving Simcoe County and beyond, we offer a safe, supportive environment where children can express their grief, build resilience, and connect with others who understand their loss. Our age-appropriate programs are led by trained volunteers and staff, using play, art, music, and storytelling to help children navigate the complex emotions of grief. We believe no child should grieve alone. Since 1995, Seasons Centre has supported thousands of families, empowering them to heal at their own pace and build a foundation for a healthy future. We rely entirely on community support, grants, and fundraising to offer our services at no cost.
