About Our Business

Martin has been involved in the barter industry for 25 years. In June of 2007, he decided to branch out and start his own local barter network called MK Global Trade.

The company started on Sargent Avenue, and about a year and a half later it moved to 1236 Ellice Avenue where it continues to operate to this day. With a current network of over 600 local businesses, you can find anyone from Krevco Lifestyles to The Winnipeg Goldeyes, Maxim muffler to The Chamois Carwash, and many more within our network. The goal from day one has been to help local businesses grow by providing them with additional business and helping them trade for many things that they otherwise would be paying cash for. (Marketing, Printing, Automotive repairs, Painting, Heating/AC are just a few examples.)
