About Our Business
I began my commercial real estate career in Toronto, ON in 2013 working in the office leasing space at a multinational firm.
After a decade in Ontario, I decided to relocate back to my hometown of Winnipeg in 2017 to assume a managerial role at a real estate investment trust. In this position, I was responsible for 1.5 million Sq. Ft. of Office Space. In the Summer of 2018, I was recruited into a senior role at a large fund in British Columbia responsible for over 2 million Sq. Ft. of Industrial real estate across Winnipeg.
In 2020, I joined Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. as an Advisor – Sales & Leasing. I’m excited to get back to my brokerage roots and use my large market and institutional landlord experience for the benefit of my clients. I specialize in the Winnipeg office market while also being active in select industrial and investment assignments. I have been involved in leasing and selling of nearly 3M Sq. Ft. of commercial real estate over my career. A client-focused approach is the core driving force behind my practice. Some of my past clients that include Royal Bank, Federal Express, Sobeys, Unilever, Ontario Provincial Government, Edward Jones, Konica Minolta and Fujitsu.
