Meet Laura, Founder of #Balance. Laura is a Human Resources Executive with over 20 years' experience, 10 years in a management capacity, and 5 years Coaching. She has worked in public and private sectors, unionized and non-unionized companies and various industries. She is a big picture thinker, and enjoys working with teams, being strategic and proactive in problem solving and promoting harmonious relations. Proven ability to create structures that provide an engaged and productive workforce with leadership skills that provide guidance and coaching to help changing organizations.
