About Our Business
I am a Certified Business Coach as well as a Workplace Health & Performance Ambassador with a career spanning 30+ years, who is passionate about Workplace Wellness and Culture.
I decided to put my many years of experience and relationship building skills to use by offering much needed help to small and medium sized businesses or organizations in Winnipeg and across Western Canada. With a keen sense of observation and the ability to build trust, I offer support and guidance to business owners, managers, and employees in the topics of Mental Health Awareness; Effective Communication; Conflict Resolution; and Improvement of Workplace Culture. More recently, I am offering leadership training for new leaders as well as post-pandemic back to work planning & guidelines.
If employees are taken care of in these areas, the business will have more engaged and happy employees with PURPOSE as well as better customer experience. This absolutely will result in making the business more PRODUCTIVE.
